Isabel, a 65-year-old struggling with joint problems and a strained relationship with her daughter Nora, is advised to take up swimming, which reconnects her to her roots in Tecpan, Mexico. In the end, Isabel’s journey shows that it’s never too late to rediscover oneself and heal old wounds.
